City Tracker telephone survey
We run a regular telephone survey called the City Tracker. This gives us a better understanding of what you think it’s like to live in Brighton & Hove, what your key concerns are and how you think we’re performing as a council.
What happens to the results of consultations?
The results of consultations help us to understand what you think of our services, policies and strategies, and whether and how improvements could be made. They also help us to understand your priorities and concerns.
Results are fed back for consideration in the decision making process where they are balanced against resource constraints, legislation and competing views.
Much of the information, data and intelligence that we use to inform our plans and strategies is available on the BHConnected website.
